inner peace for world peace
I wish you a peaceful day!
Did you know there is a World Day of Peace? In 1981, the UN General Assembly declared this date, 21.09. to be the International Day of Peace or World Day of Peace. Let’s make several days, weeks, months and years out of it.
worldpeace is a reflection of inner peace
Can you imagine that there is peace in the whole world? And just that you can feel this worldwide peace within you?
No? No?
Then you’re not alone in this.
I hope that it will be important for us to practice exactly this. Every day a few minutes *feel world peace*.
Whether you’re in the queue, go for a walk, whether you’re in bed and you can’t fall asleep…
How about focusing on you at such moments and turning to your inner peace?
World peace arises when each:r of us begins to enliven his/her inner peace.

Yes I hear the answers that this is not so easy…
Yes?
We waste our energy on a daily basis on bleak ideas of the future, without any effort. It almost works as if by itself. We may not hear any more news and yet these thoughts and, above all, feelings simply appear as if by themselves.
Are we questioning that?
Rather not – although I’m not so sure about you now. 🙂
Often we believe we are more alien to the world if we firmly believe that the world is full of peace, compassion, non-violence and appreciation for a common togetherness.
And of course we have the evidence in reality that global peace is impossible.
But do not many changes arise from seemingly impossible, unrealistic thoughts like this, that worldwide peace is possible?
I love this perceived idea, I can really overcome all the limits of the present reality.
I have been reviving my inner peace for a perceived eternity and I am still on it every day today.
And – Good News: Often this feeling just overtakes me, just as by itself. 🙂
be part of the game

And so I want to invite you to revive the following idea in you:
How about you revive your inner peace every day for a few minutes?
A small guide for you
Dedicate yourself to the feeling of peace. Get really into it. Whatever comes up and prevents you from feeling peace and quiet in you, just perceive it without putting this into words without following a story from your past without evaluating all of this.
Just feel what it is without making it big.
Now open and relax your palms and fingers completely, as a sign of letting go, of no more clinging, of no more holding.
Notice how your breath gently flows through your body, lifts it and lowers it, without your intervention. How your breath is getting calmer and deeper.
And now your attention is directed again to your inner peace, smile gently and repeat this until peace, serenity and relaxation spread in you.
Research and experience, be the magic of your peaceful, harmonious being.
Even if it is often not so easy, I would like to ask you to stay on it with all my heart today. For you, for me, and for all life on this special planet.
